Vietnam Detox
After having lived in Thailand for almost 9 years, I attended numerous detox retreats in Samui and in Chiang Mai and I was really surprised that there were no providers of detox or fasting retreats in Vietnam.
All film stars, singers, celebrities and normal people living in Vietnam were going to Thailand, Bali or as far as Australia or the US to enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of detox retreats.
Being a medically certified fasting retreat leader in Germany and trained massage therapist, I decided to offer detox retreat myself and started to look for a suitable venue with cool and fresh air.
We chose Dalat Edensee Resort and Spa as our first venue because of it’s peaceful location, directly at the shore of the the Thuyen Lam lake and the spacious facilities which will make the stay during our retreats very comfortable. The management of the hotel was great in supporting us to find knowledgeable hiking guides, yoga teachers, organic farms and chefs to make our retreats a success.
After running a successful trial retreat in September 2016, we started offering 4, 7 and 9 day detox retreats in Dalat. In 2019 we added a new location, the Hot Springs at Alba Wellness Valley, Hue where we will run a 4-day Hot Spring Detox in Aug 2019.
